About Lamotex
LAMOTEX, serving the textile and clothing industrie for more than 45 years, was originaly founded in Kortrijk by Mr. Dirk Van Mol as a supplier for weaving and finishing.
In 1990, the company moved to a new building in Deerlijk. At this moment, an own production of wax rings and blocks was also started. Meanwhile, Lamotex also became more and more famous in the confection. From that moment on, Lamotex was seen as a supplier for a total package in texitles, from spinning to carpet and confection.
After further specialization, we started the sale of semi-industrial steaming irons, with distributors and service support troughout Belgium.
Recently, we took over the production of pile wires from Schmeing (formerly Schlemper). This additional specialization of pile wires (for Wilton and Metex looms) resulted in a world wide sales.
Since 2000, Lamotex is owned by Mr. Wim Van Mol (son of Mr. Drik Van Mol), who guarantees, together with a young and dynamic team, the well-know quality and service!
Lamotex is proud to announce that as from beginning 2011, after taking over
a department of the company Schlemper, it has now its own production of the
knives for the pile wires in Deerlijk.
We have now everything for Wilton fully integrated in our company:
From wire rolling the raw steelwire to the precise procuction of the exchangeable
knife for the cutting pile wires.
We can deliver all the different types of knives.
They are packed in a box of 500 pcs.
